What is the Ana Hotels Loyalty Card and how does it work?
It is a loyalty card through which you get bonuses of 3%, 5%, or 8% upon each services purchase at the Europa Hotels from Eforie Nord, as well as the Sport Hotel & Spa, Poiana, and Bradul Hotels from the Poiana Brasov Resort. The card is granted on the spot, at the Hotels' reception desks for bills exceeding RON 300, plus a minimum 2 (two) nights’ stay, and the guest’s signing of the Ana Hotels Loyalty Card acceptance form.
Levels and Benefits
It is very easy to use! All you have to do is submit the card whenever you stay in one of our Hotels, and the bonus is automatically calculated by the system.
